The high-temperature exhaust gas (including CO₂) in the kiln is discharged through forced suction, and fresh air is introduced to maintain combustion balance, forming a gas circulation system in the kiln.

2. Precise temperature control

The temperature distribution in the kiln is controlled by adjusting the air volume (e.g., 1300-1450°C in the calcining zone) to ensure that the limestone decomposition reaction is sufficient and uniform.

3. Energy saving and heat recovery

The extracted high-temperature exhaust gas (400-500°C) can be used to recover heat energy through a heat exchanger and used to preheat combustion air or produce steam, thereby reducing fuel consumption.
