The cooling fan plays the following key roles in the lime kiln:

1. Forced cooling of clinker

By blowing in cold air to quickly penetrate the high-temperature lime layer, the heat is removed in a short period of time, cooling the calcined lime from over 1000°C to below 200°C, making it easier to discharge and transport the calcined lime.

2. Device protection

Reduce the temperature of the ash outlet and conveying equipment to prevent deformation or damage of mechanical parts caused by high temperature.

3. Optimize airflow distribution

The annular air duct design ensures that the cooling air evenly penetrates the material layer, avoiding local overheating that affects the activity of the lime.

Typical configurations include a dual-fan system (e.g., two cooling fans in parallel) and a ring-shaped duct structure. The air volume is usually matched to the kiln volume (e.g., a φ5.3m vertical kiln requires 32,000 m³/h of air volume).

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.

Q: How long is the warranty period for the product?
