Grate cooler cooling fans are used to cool clinker in the kiln head grate cooler. Depending on the scale of the production line, 5 to 18 fans are typically installed. Their function is to blow high-pressure cold air into the grate cooler, cooling the clinker from 1300°C to approximately 100°C within minutes, preventing phase changes in the clinker (such as coarsening of C3S crystals) that could affect cement strength. The fans are air-filled and equipped with air volume detection devices and silencers. The fan impellers feature curved discs and single, backward-facing blades, offering high efficiency, low noise, high static pressure, and a wide performance adjustment range, making them ideal for grate cooler system operation and regulation.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.

Q: How long is the warranty period for the product?
