The double-chamber kiln circulation fan mainly undertakes the following core functions in the lime production process:

1. Air circulation and temperature balance

Forced air circulation eliminates temperature stratification in the kiln, ensures temperature uniformity in the calcining zone (1300-1450°C) and the cooling zone (below 200°C), and increases lime activity (reaching over 360ml).

2. Thermal efficiency optimization

The hot air (400-500℃) in the cooling zone is pumped back to the calcining zone as secondary air to reduce fuel consumption (heat consumption can be ≤930kcal/kg).

3. Process stability assurance

Prevent local overheating from causing coking, accelerate the lime quenching process, and improve the grindability of clinker.

1. High temperature adaptability: Made of high-temperature resistant materials (such as stainless steel impeller), it can operate stably above 230°C.
2. Energy-saving design: Some models are equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation function, and the comprehensive power saving rate can reach 36.9%.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
