The main function of the gas booster fan is to ensure stable delivery of gas to the combustion system by boosting the gas pressure. Its specific functions are as follows:

1. Pressure compensation

Overcome gas pipeline resistance (such as long-distance transportation or elbow friction) and increase gas pressure to 0.5-1.2MPa to meet the needs of the burner in the kiln.

2. Stable traffic

Adjust the air volume by frequency conversion (e.g., 20-50m³/min) to avoid flame instability caused by pressure fluctuations (affecting the calcination temperature by ±50℃).

3. Security Control

To prevent gas backfire or leakage, some models are equipped with an explosion-proof design (dust explosion-proof level Ex tD A21).

Mechanical seal or wind seal design is required to prevent gas leakage (leakage rate ≤ 0.1%) ;

Complies with dust explosion-proof standards (Ex tD A21), suitable for dusty gas environments.

High-temperature gas must be made of stainless steel (such as 304/316).

Maintenance points

Regular inspection: Monitor bearing vibration (≤4.5mm/s) and impeller wear (thickness loss ≤10%).

Anti-blocking measures: Clean the gas filter (such as an ag filter) to prevent tar blockage.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
