The volatile matter blower, also known as the pyrolysis gas blower, is a key device to ensure the efficient operation of the pyrolysis and gasification process. Its core function is to control the airflow distribution and oxygen supply in the pyrolysis and gasification reaction zone.

The role of the volatile matter fan
1. Maintain the pyrolysis and gasification reaction
By delivering a controlled amount of air to the pyrolysis zone of the rotary kiln, an oxygen-deficient environment (oxygen concentration <5%) is created, promoting the pyrolysis of organic matter to generate combustible gases (H₂, CH₄, CO, etc.).

2. Adjust the reaction temperature
The temperature of the pyrolysis zone is stratified (500-800°C) by controlling the air volume to avoid local overheating or incomplete combustion.

3. Product transportation
The combustible gas produced by pyrolysis is transported to the secondary combustion chamber for secondary combustion, while carrying unburned particulate matter into the subsequent treatment system.

Special design points
Anti-corrosion treatment
If the pyrolysis gas contains corrosive components such as HCl and SO₂, the impeller needs to be sprayed with ceramic coating or made of duplex stainless steel.

Sealing requirements
The shaft seal adopts a carbon ring + nitrogen seal combination to prevent toxic gas leakage.

Variable load adaptation
The air volume adjustment ratio needs to reach 1:3 to cope with fluctuations in waste composition (such as changes in moisture content).

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
