The induced draft fan draws in high-temperature exhaust gases, ensuring a stable negative pressure environment within the rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber, preventing the escape of harmful gases while promoting adequate gas-solid contact and improving combustion efficiency. In the preheater area at the kiln tail, negative pressure control precisely adjusts the airflow velocity, ensuring an optimal ratio of exhaust gas to fresh air.

The induced draft fan can also extract high-temperature exhaust gas (such as kiln tail flue gas) to the waste heat boiler, recovering heat for power generation or heating. Some systems can recover more than 30% of heat energy.

In addition, the induced draft fan can also introduce dust-laden exhaust gas into the dust removal system (such as a bag filter), separate the dust particles, and recycle them, reducing emission pollution. During the flue gas purification stage, the induced draft fan is also responsible for discharging the treated gas into the atmosphere to ensure compliance with environmental protection standards.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
