The tertiary air blower ( tertiary oxygen supply blower) is typically installed on the lower grate level of the secondary combustion chamber. It delivers supplemental air to the tertiary combustion zone through high-pressure air ducts to ensure adequate combustion of unburned residue. The specific location should be optimized based on the secondary combustion chamber structure (e.g., tangential air inlet, grate type).

Installation specification requirements

Safety distance: The distance between the fan and high-temperature equipment should be ≥ 2 m, and thermal insulation measures should be taken.

Linkage control: Coordinated with the primary and secondary fans to maintain the oxygen concentration in the combustion zone at 6%-10%.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
