Zero-leakage centrifugal blower

A zero-leakage centrifugal blower is designed specifically for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive gases. Its core feature is the use of special sealing elements to ensure leak-free gas transportation.

Main Sealing Technologies

1. Magnetic End Face Seal:
Magnetic end face seals use magnetic force to tightly align the sealing surfaces. Combined with other auxiliary seals, they prevent media leakage. The seal, which moves relative to the shaft, allows axial and angular floating motion, automatically compensating for seal surface wear. The main advantages of magnetic end face seals include: no shaft wear, low friction coefficient, few structural components, compact design, easy installation, reliable operation, and long service life. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 200°C.

2. Carbon Ring Seal:
A carbon ring seal is a non-contact floating ring seal. Its core operating principle is to throttle and reduce pressure through the air film formed between the graphite ring and the shaft sleeve, thereby preventing leakage of the high-pressure side. It is suitable for dusty or corrosive media, but requires a continuous nitrogen consumption of approximately 15 cubic meters per hour. Its advantages include: a split-petal design allows the carbon ring to automatically adjust its gap according to operating conditions, enhancing sealing reliability; a wide operating temperature range (-120°C to 500°C), a pressure resistance of up to 75 bar; and easy maintenance and replacement without disassembling the equipment.

3. Negative Pressure Seal:
This system diverts leaking gas back to the blower inlet, preventing leakage. It is suitable for highly corrosive or particulate-laden gases (but the gas must not be adhesive). Its advantages include: low cost, and permanent effectiveness as long as the negative pressure piping is not blocked or damaged.

Applications: Chemical Industry: Transporting highly toxic, flammable, and explosive gases (for example, explosion-proof blowers require aluminum impellers to prevent sparks).

Special Environments: Research laboratories and high-purity gas transportation.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.

Q: How long is the warranty period for the product?
