4-2x72 Series

Air volume range: 10,000-110,000 m³/h, air pressure: 300-2500 Pa, power: 2.2-75 kW, medium temperature: 20°C, medium density: 1.2 kg/m³.

The 4-2x72 centrifugal fan is a derivative of the 4-72 series. It features a back-to-back dual-impeller structure, dual-side air intake, and a belt drive. It is suitable for applications requiring higher air volumes, such as large factories, tunnel ventilation, and rapid cooling.

The conveying medium must be air or a room-temperature gas that is non-pyrophoric, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to steel. The gas must be free of sticky materials, and dust and hard particulate matter must not exceed 150 mg/m³.

4-2x79 Series

Air volume range: 5,000 to 438,000 m³/h, air pressure: 250 to 2,500 Pa, power: 1.1 to 250 kW, medium temperature: 20°C, medium density: 1.2 kg/m³.

4-73 Series

Air Volume Range: 15,000-800,000 m³/h, Air Pressure: 1500-7000 Pa, Power: 18.5-1600 kW, Medium Temperature: 20°C, Medium Density: 1.2 kg/m³. 4-79 Series

Air volume range: 1000-41000 m³/h, air pressure 200-3200 Pa, power 0.75-30 kW, medium temperature: 20°C, medium density: 1.2 kg/m³.

These four series of centrifugal fans are the most widely used in my country. They feature high air volume and smooth operation, and are widely used in industrial and commercial buildings, as well as underground space ventilation. They transport air or non-spontaneous combustion, human-safe, and non-corrosive gases. The gases must be free of sticky materials, contain no more than 150 mg/m³ of dust and hard particles, and must not exceed 80°C in temperature.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
