Teflon Corrosion-Resistant Centrifugal Fan

Teflon corrosion-resistant centrifugal fans utilize a Teflon (PTFE) coating sprayed onto a carbon steel or stainless steel substrate. Their core advantages include:

1. Corrosion Resistance
Teflon is virtually impervious to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making it suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and electroplating applications.

2. High-Temperature Resistance
It can withstand temperatures of 240°C to 260°C for extended periods, making it suitable for high-temperature gas transportation.

3. Low Friction Coefficient (0.05-0.15)
Reduced airflow resistance reduces energy consumption and noise, while improving fan efficiency.

4. Non-stick
Prevents dust and oil from adhering, reducing maintenance frequency.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
