Fiberglass anti-corrosion centrifugal fans are made of fiberglass (a composite of a resin matrix and glass fiber) and offer the following advantages:
1. Strong Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, they are suitable for use in environments containing corrosive gases, such as chemical, electroplating, and pharmaceutical industries.
2. Lightweight and High-Strength: Weighing only one-quarter of steel, they offer high structural strength, making them easy to install and transport.
3. Excellent Weather Resistance: The surface can be treated with a UV inhibitor, allowing for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C.
3. Low Noise and Easy Maintenance: The smooth surface offers a low coefficient of friction and minimizes mechanical vibration during operation.

Suitable for operating conditions with dust loads ≤ 150 mg/m³ and temperatures ≤ 60°C.

Industrial Applications: Chemical plant waste gas treatment, electroplating workshop acid mist emissions, and waste incineration plant corrosive gas transportation. Environmental protection equipment: used in conjunction with spray towers and acid mist absorption towers to extend equipment life.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
