Of the back-blower in the exhaust gas treatment system is to remove pollutants and protect the system, such as:

1. Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) System

The blower injects clean air into the bottom of the regenerator, blowing any remaining untreated exhaust gas back into the combustion chamber for thorough oxidation. This prevents direct exhaust gas discharge, which would otherwise reduce purification efficiency. During this process, the blower pressure must be slightly higher than the exhaust gas inlet pressure (typically an increase of 1000 Pa) to effectively displace any remaining gas.

Back-blowing blower operates in conjunction with the burner, main blower, and other equipment, executing a back-blowing procedure at system startup or shutdown to reduce the risk of explosion from combustible accumulation. At the same time, its efficient back-blowing reduces heat loss and improves heat recovery efficiency.

2. Catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment system
Pretreatment stage: Backblower is used to remove residual particulate matter in the pipeline to prevent clogging of subsequent catalytic beds.

Desorption stage: After the activated carbon is saturated with adsorption, a back-blowing blower provides hot air to desorb organic matter and send it into the catalytic combustion chamber for decomposition.

System protection: Backflushing prevents coking on the catalyst surface and maintains reaction efficiency.

3. VOCs control system
Adsorption concentration device: The back-blowing blower blows organic matter out of the activated carbon during the desorption process and enters the catalytic combustion unit.

Pipeline anti-clogging: In the chemical, spraying, and other industries, back-blowing blowers prevent VOCs exhaust pipes from being blocked by sticky substances.
