The main fan is the core power equipment in the exhaust gas treatment system. It is mainly responsible for extracting the exhaust gas containing pollutants from the pollution source through mechanical action and transporting it to the purification treatment device, while maintaining air circulation and pressure balance in the system.

Different design solutions are used for different types of waste gas. For example, high-temperature waste gas requires the use of high-temperature resistant materials; waste gas from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries requires corrosion-resistant design; and for flammable and explosive gases, explosion-proof design is required.

1. VOCs treatment: In industries such as spraying and printing, fans transport exhaust gases to catalytic combustion or adsorption concentration devices.
2. Particulate matter treatment: For example, the exhaust gas from the sintering machine in a steel plant can achieve ultra-low emissions through a fan combined with an electric bag dust collector.
3. Pharmaceutical industry: To treat waste gas containing complex components such as butyl acetate and alcohols, fans are required to stably transport the waste gas to the RTO incinerator.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
