The flue gas (containing particulate matter, heavy metals, etc.) generated by smelting is quickly discharged from the furnace through negative pressure suction to prevent the accumulation of harmful substances that affect the metal quality.

Maintain process stability

Accurately control the air volume and pressure to prevent flue gas residue from causing slagging or incomplete combustion in the furnace, while reducing heat energy loss.

Environmental compliance

Cooperate with dust removal equipment (such as bag dust collector) to achieve flue gas purification and meet emission standards.

2. Technical Features

High temperature resistant design: The impeller and casing must be made of heat-resistant materials to adapt to high temperature environments above 260°C.

Customized parameters: Too much air volume will extract too much heat energy, while too little will cause residual waste gas. It needs to be precisely matched to the capacity of the melting furnace.

3. Typical Application Scenarios

Aluminum casting furnace: The exhaust fan works in conjunction with the combustion-supporting fan and cooling fan to ensure a balance between aluminum bar quality and energy consumption.

Metal smelting: Use bag filters to treat high-temperature flue gas containing heavy metals to achieve ultra-low emissions.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
