Grain Drying Fans
Grain drying fans are core components of grain drying equipment. Their performance directly impacts drying efficiency and grain quality. There are three types:

1. Axial Flow Fans
With their simple structure and low cost, they are suitable for small equipment. They offer high air volume but low pressure (typically less than 60 mm water column) and are suitable for thin grain layers (20-25 cm).

2. Centrifugal Fans
They offer high air volume and high pressure (100-1500 mm water column) and are suitable for large drying towers. They can handle thick grain layers (30-50 cm) and offer stable operation.

3. Mixed Flow Fans
They combine the advantages of axial and centrifugal fans, offering high air volume and moderate pressure, suitable for medium-sized equipment, and high energy efficiency.
Through proper selection and proper operation, grain drying fans can significantly increase water precipitation rates (1.0-1.2%/h) and reduce breakage rates.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.

Q: How long is the warranty period for the product?
