Cement Rotary Kiln Centrifugal Fan For Building Materials Industry

Cement rotary kilns are primarily used to calcine cement clinker. They primarily consist of a rotating drum, supporting devices (support rollers and retaining rollers), a transmission system, sealing devices, and a combustion system. The drum is typically installed at a 3%-6% inclination, and its rotation moves materials from the upper end (kiln tail) to the lower end (kiln head).

The functions of centrifugal fans in cement rotary kilns include:
1. Heat Exchange and Energy Saving:
By adjusting air volume (e.g., variable frequency control of the kiln tail fan), the heat exchange efficiency between the preheater and the rotary kiln is optimized, reducing exhaust gas temperature (from 400°C to below 200°C) and thus reducing fuel consumption.
2. Combustion Support and Combustion Control:
Combustion-supporting air is supplied to the kiln to ensure complete combustion of pulverized coal, reduce chemical losses from incomplete combustion, and improve clinker quality.
3. Environmental Protection and Dust Recovery:
The kiln tail exhaust fan directs dust-laden exhaust gas into a bag filter, controlling dust emission concentrations to below 10 mg/m³. Dust is also recovered as raw material. 4. System Stability:
Maintain a negative pressure environment (-200 to -500 Pa) to prevent high-temperature smoke from escaping and avoid crusting or blockage.
