Tube bundle fan for food industry

The tube bundle fan is the core power component of the tube bundle dryer. It is mainly used to provide controllable airflow for the drying system to achieve efficient and low-energy material dehydration. The core functions are as follows:

1. Hot air circulation drive
A centrifugal fan generates a stable airflow of 0.2-0.5m/s, forcing the hot air (usually 80-120°C) heated by the steam heat exchange tubes to circulate evenly, so that the material (such as starch, fermented grass powder) is evenly heated between the tube bundles, evaporating the moisture.

‌2.‌ Humidity and temperature control‌
In conjunction with temperature and humidity sensors, the fan can dynamically adjust the air volume (30-50Hz frequency conversion control) to maintain the relative humidity of the dry environment ≤ 50% to avoid material agglomeration or over-drying.

3. Moisture emission control
Cooperate with the dehumidification fan at the tail of the dryer to form a negative pressure environment and discharge vaporized moisture in time.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
