Drying fan for food industry

Drying fans are mainly used to drive hot air circulation, control humidity, and achieve efficient material dehydration. The core functions are as follows:
Hot air circulation drive
A centrifugal fan generates a stable airflow of 0.2-0.5m/s, forcing the heated air (usually 60-150°C) to circulate evenly, allowing materials (such as fruits, vegetables, and meat products) to be heated evenly in the drying chamber, increasing the water evaporation efficiency by 30%-50%.

‌Humidity and temperature control‌
In conjunction with temperature and humidity sensors, the fan can dynamically adjust the air volume (30-50Hz frequency conversion control) to maintain the relative humidity of the dry environment ≤ 50% to avoid material agglomeration or over-drying.

• Moisture removal and waste gas treatment
  Moisture is removed through a negative-pressure system. Some equipment has integrated filtration devices (such as HEPA filters) to ensure that emissions meet food hygiene standards.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
