High-temperature exhaust fans extract post-combustion flue gases (including CO₂ and water vapor), maintaining a slight negative pressure in the furnace (typically -50 to -100 Pa), preventing flue gas leakage and impacting the operating environment. Exhaust gases reduce furnace resistance, allowing fresh air to enter and aid combustion, thereby improving fuel combustion efficiency. Additionally, some flue gas can be transported to the drying kiln for reuse, reducing energy consumption (for example, the exhaust temperature of a tunnel kiln can reach 200-300°C). Combined with a dust removal device (efficiency ≥85%), dust emissions are reduced to meet environmental protection requirements.

The operating conditions for the gas to be delivered include flow rate (m3/h), total pressure (Pa), temperature (℃), gas density (kg/m3), and the altitude of the usage location (m); the material of the fan; the voltage, frequency, protection level, explosion-proof level, and whether the motor is variable frequency or not.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
