1. Waste gas collection and transportation: VOCs (volatile organic compounds) waste gas generated in the production process is centrally transported to the catalytic combustion equipment through negative pressure suction to ensure stable waste gas flow (for example, a 50,000 air volume system requires a matching fan).
2. Optimize reaction conditions: Adjust the exhaust gas flow rate and air volume to ensure sufficient contact between the exhaust gas and the catalyst, maintain a catalytic oxidation reaction temperature of 200-400°C, and improve the organic matter conversion rate (reaching over 95%).

System synergy

• ‌Pretreatment coordination: Before the exhaust gas enters the catalytic combustion, the fan needs to be linked with the filter device to ensure that the particle removal rate is >98% to avoid catalyst clogging.
• Heat energy recycling: By controlling the exhaust gas flow, the heat energy released by the catalytic reaction is used to preheat new exhaust gas, reducing energy consumption.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
