The desorption fan is a key equipment in the adsorption-desorption catalytic combustion process, mainly used to achieve the regeneration of adsorption materials and exhaust gas concentration treatment.

1. Regeneration of adsorption materials
When the activated carbon/zeolite wheel reaches saturation, a desorption blower delivers 150-300°C hot air into the adsorption bed, desorbing organic matter from the adsorption material (with a desorption rate exceeding 90%) and restoring the material's adsorption capacity. For example, in paint exhaust treatment, desorption with 150°C hot air can recover over 90% of VOCs.

2. Exhaust gas concentration and transportation
The high-concentration exhaust gas generated by desorption (the concentration is increased by 10-20 times) is transported to the catalytic combustion device.

3. Thermal energy recycling
The high-temperature gas (300-500°C) after catalytic combustion is returned to the adsorption bed through the desorption fan, realizing the recycling of heat energy and reducing system energy consumption.

Q: Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

We wrap the inlet and outlet of the fan, as well as the motor, with stretch film and then secure the fan in a wooden box, which can fully protect the product during transportation and handling.
